I have gotten up a few time to leave due to players just crossing that line  and both time they were abusing the lady's at the table.  Many of them don't play live that I know play online or in our poker groups as they dont feel comfortable going to he casino and playing in a room of 100 players and they are the only one or 1 of say 2 or 3 playing in the good old boys room as my friend put it.    One time when I had enough was hen the player was just going after my friend relentless in the game and just getting personal.  Even the dealer and floor were starting to tell him to come down but he would not.  Right in the middle of the hand I stood up grabbed my chips and said I wont play with this A@#Ho%$ and walked to the cage.   I was stopped and and asked why i was leaving and told them why, 5 minutes later that jerk was escorted out of the room.  Sadly, my friend has not gone back to the poker room since.
