If you fold at the start, are you playing?  What I am wondering is, can you sit down at a VERY aggresive $0.50/$1.00 table, post your blinds, play very conservatively (only play AA and KK and AK suited), posting your blinds (big and small each) once every 10 hands (play at large tables so the pots will be bigger) and only play when you have the best starter?  Can you get 1 FPP just for folding out and the other players betting the pot to 10$?
