I try to change the style of the game and vary it depending on which cards come to you. therefore, the style of the game is constantly changing, moreover it depends on the mood and approach to the game. but the best style in my opinion is conservative.

There are many factors that determine which style of poker I choose, this is the opponent's game, the stage of the tournament, the number of chips, and so on. I believe that using only one style of game throughout the tournament is unprofitable, you need to improvise, otherwise, the opponents will learn your tactics and eventually you lose.

Like many others said above, it depends on the table.
Sometimes it is tight, other times it is loose.

rather, free .. depends on the situation, I am opposed to any one strategy .. sometimes you have to be tight, sometimes you have to show aggression .. so that everything is according to circumstances ..

I like to play aggressively although sometimes I combine the styles to embarrass the other players

Its good to familiarize yourself with many styles. For example Negreanu's small ball poker, Harringtons starting hands chart and Esfandiari's aggressiveness would all be different.

If you are playing tournaments, realizing that all 3 of these can work, but that you can change up your play style depending on what stage of the tournament you are in or who you are playing against, it wont hurt you.

For me, im the opposite of Esfandiari at the early stages of tournaments, i usually stick to premium hands. However, if i find that its a table that sees lots of multi way pots, alot of callers, ill switch it up and play small ball.

Once i have a stack that i can do something with, and ive built up a rep at the tables as someone who is tight or someone who doesn't go nuts its easier for me to make some moves.
