Who is your favorite Poker Vlogger/Live-Streamer? (YouTube, Twitch, Podcasts, etc.)

Lex is the one I tend to watch the most because his streaming times work out well for my day.

Talonchick is a must see always because of the mixed game play. Since learning how to play a bunch of the mixed games from watching her stream and taking part in the homegames, I tend to prefer them over nlhe these days - I just need to get better at them

I have never heard of him before. I'll have to check out his stream. When does he normally stream? Also someone brought up BigDogPoker and I was wondering if anyone knew whether he would start streaming again?

I'm following a lot of poker on twitch.Favorite streamers are spraggy, kevin martin jeff gross,lex.They are fun and can learn a lot from them.They also have homegame tournaments that I sometimes play.

I use to watch lot of the old poker shows that were re-broadcast. Followed a few who ran tournaments I was playing in. Don't see lot of content that interest me beyond that.

Latest trend is to give passwords to freerolls on twitch, I like that.
What I don't like is the sponsored all-in monkeys in rebuy MTT's to get back to a reasonable stack, it's bad habit training to increase the profit of the rooms.

Looks like i watched a bit of Jaime Staples streams. I think he is a good guy and also a very experienced poker player. You can learn something new from his streams.

Yeah, i've been watching poker for a long time, unfortunately, i have little time now. Great entertainment if you do not feel like playing, or if I need motivation.

Be careful when watching streams because being a streamer doesn't mean they are a good player.

If you are watching for a learning experience just be careful.

I watch a few just for entertainment.

Of course the big names are all great players and are definitely worth watching (Lex Veldhuis, Jaime Staples, Jeff Gross, Doug Polk, etc.) but I'm sometimes put off by the constant loud music, hype, and other distractions in their streams.

I try to watch streamers that don't make it too difficult to actually concentrate on the poker. If you want to watch for the poker, learn from solid players that do a great job of explaining their thought process when playing a hand, and constantly see deep runs and final tables, then I recommend:

I don't like Fintan and Spraggy format when they stream on the PokerStars channel. It's not that interesting to watch 2 players at the same time, specially when you can only see the cards of one of them.

If they would stream with both players showing hole cards would be more interesting.
