I have won a bunch of freerolls on both sites but have yet to cashout. Anyone have any issues when it comes to requesting payment through express check method?

I play on PokerStars, and I deduced winnings. In each program, there are certain rules of inference. For example, in PokerStars withdraw only once to make a deposit.

SIR I will inform you I think Bet Online is the worst site EVER made. I won money through freerolls about $10 over time. I then started to play cash & eventually got that up to $600. I attempted to cash out & they REFUSED to cash me out.

The so-called help center has no clue what they are doing whatsoever. I called for 30 days straight & every single day I had to explain my whole situation to someone that was clueless just so I could talk to the next person. No matter how many times I asked for a specific person(person I talked to the previous day) they REFUSED to transfer me to that person. They had NO poker manager there.

After I would tell my whole elongated story & the operator finally came to the conclusion that they were worthless & couldn't help me I was transferred to next person & after 10 minutes with them I was transferred to the next person up the chain.

I would ask them what is the definition of a freeroll was & does that mean I have to risk nothing to get something in return. I broke it down to them in the most basic terms that even they could understand. I said did I have to pay anything to enter the tournament & they said no sir it is free. I said I agree. I said did I finish in 4th place and they would agree. They would agree that by placing in 4th place I was paid an amount. I said so you agree I won money & they would say yes. I said so when people win money on your site don't U pay them & they said yes sir. I then would list everything we agreed on that the tourney was free, I placed 4th, I won this money, you agreed you pay people who win money & they REFUSED to pay me what I won. They said YES to everything & I would always say if you REFUSE to pay me what I won & U agree that U refuse to pay me then why in the F*** would I trust you and send you money so you can REFUSE to pay me AGAIN what I won. Basically at least 20 of the 30 days I was eventually told that this was not really a poker site, but a sports betting site & they just added poker as a side gig. I said how can U offer a freeroll & then when someone wins U REFUSE to pay them. They kept saying well just send us money & then U can cash out. OBV I told them how in the F*** do you expect me to trust you when you refuse to pay me what you already owe me & you then stupidly expect me to trust you and send you money when you refuse to pay out.

The site ALSO allowed illegal bets I remember one pot in PLO being 3-handed & some guy bet Pot of $24.00 I called & one guy went all-in for $24.01 & they LET the original person betting $24.00 to raise himself when there wasn't a raise to begin with. They stupidly thought the all-in to $24.01 was a raise. I sent them rules of poker & they still were too ignorant to understand English.

This is the more inept & untrustworthy site EVER made. I know I rambled on for a LONG time, however if this will help even 1 person it was worth it to me.

Pretty standard that they ask for a deposit before you can withdrawl money you won on freeroll. Dosent make sense to me but they can put this in place with the thought that it can help them keep the money on their software and not in your pocket.

Are you sure you have to roll over your freeroll winnings to withdraw? I thought BetOnline made you rollover your initial deposit before you could withdraw, not your freeroll winnings. All you have to do (I think) is make a deposit (20$ is min I believe) and rake that much, then you should be allowed to withdraw everything. If you would have done that initially (made a deposit), I am sure you would have cleared the 20$ in rollover (rake) by now.

SIR I never said you had to rollover your freeroll winnings. SIR I would NOT deposit a penny on that site it is so corrupt. I think I went into very much detail on why that site could NEVER be trusted.

youo will also have to waait 7 days to cash out your maoney after making a deposit, i made deposit on that site wasnt able to cash out so i contacted support and they told me deposits using cc must wait full 7 week days inoder to cash ot

this rule you can find it in several sites (maybe all sites) normally when i make a depositi wait at least 30 days before making a withdrawal to avoid troubles.

If you use Card it would take you 7 days.

If you use Bitcoin or Neteller you can get a payout processed in 24 hours or thereabouts might take up to 3 days after processed to hit your account.

If you never deposited you can deposit as little as 10 on neteller or 20 on Bitcoin once you roll it i.e. play whatever you deposited you can withdraw. Which is actually now standard for Stars as well. You can play whatever you like sportsbet casino or poker.

One thing to note if you take one of their deposit bonuses you cannot withdraw until the playthrough is made which is usually quite high and you cannot withdraw for a month.
