Withdrawal Conditions at Intertops

I tried to cash out my freeroll winnings and it was denied, because I hadn't generated enough rake (needed $10.33 more). I thought no biggie and started playing PLO. I turn over $200+ and according to earned frequent player points I had generated well over $11 rake as well as PT4 confirms it. I try to cash out again and it got denied again, this time with no explanation.

So I contacted their live support and they are claiming that I still have to generate $8.4 in rake

One of the worst poker rooms I have ever played, starting from ugly software to long cash out times and ridiculous rules.

I seem to recall trying to play that site once. They don't have Mac software so I had to play from my browser which was a disaster.

I don't like the software too. I just play there, because it is an easy freeroll to be ITM. I have 23,5usd there. I think I will have the same problem that you.
Otherwise, I had to uninstall the AVAST antivirus because I just can not play intertops software due to and virus alert of avast...
How much you tried to cashout in the first time?

How much you tried to cashout in the first time?

First time €25, second time €75(did not play any freerolls since trying to cash out the first time). I hope you have better success than me, but I'm not going to invest any more of my time in this poker room, no matter how good the freerolls are.

ok, i wrote something in another thread about Intertops but i want to post it here. i told that my last payment requests were denied last time they said that i had to generate $13.03 in rake. i did that and my last payment pequest was still denied.
so definetely Intertops is actually NOT PAYING. i don't recommend this site anymore.

Did you deposit before you played . At a lot of rooms this makes a difference . I usually make a small deposit at any new room to try it out . This also gets rid of rake requirements for withdrawals

Yes, I did deposit on room. And I agree most rooms have some sort of restrictions on freeroll winnings. I don't think that makes them a scam

I agree that if they want me to deposit first before I can cash out, then it's a reasonable requirement, but what makes them a scam is that they are lying about the generated rake. When I started to ask questions about FFP points and how do they calculate rake they quickly ended the chat before I could follow up. Then I knew that they will just ask me to endlessly generate rake before I can cash out. You can't trust a company like that.

I usually screen shot any conversations I have that way they can't deny them later

No, I haven't and never will. I'm glad that I found out what kind of company they are before making deposit.
From what I read on 2+2 is that their poker traffic is slowing down a lot, so they are probably trying to squeeze every penny they can

Not a big fan either, I remember high wd fees, and 4 guys playing the turbos sngs with almost identical stats over thousands of hands.

Thank you, but I don't have anything more to withdraw anymore

. I gambled that money away as I didn't want to deal with them anymore. Few euros is not worth it for me.

Please update with how it goes in the future. I'm kind of curious about how much you actually have to rake to be able to withdraw

The site doesn't have much traffic at at all but I never heard of anyone like you having any issue when making a withdraw.
