888 is facing network issues and tournaments have halted

hi pals
I prepared mentally myself today to play all level 40+ tourney today on 888 but everything is halted due to network issues. I am still in Level 50 tourney and it is paused.

I know if nothing goes well then 888 mostly awarded the prize according to stack size in freerolls.

let us see when does the game start again....

I guess those BOTS on the 888 poker site are slowing and crashing the site

That seems to happen more often than not.

888 has constant technical issues and needs to be fixed.

It is a pity as enjoy playing on 888 think it is a great site when working normally,
Serious issues though in the last few weeks they must be losing millions of dollars worth of business.

These guys are great though with customer care one of the best out of all the poker sites see they put extra freerolls on too.
Will just be patient and play elsewhere until issues fixed.

I agree with Hugh. It is a great site. I personally consider it the best site and ive been on the inet since the inet became the inet.

I havent been able to log on at will in over a week. During my day, pacific daylight time, i can log on between 5-7am and then usually after 5 pm. Otherwise i get the oops pop up and today a new thing. The log in box pops up but it says “ something went wrong......” . I have to say I prefer that message to the ‘ oops ‘ . They should change that to ‘ oof ‘.

I'm glad I checked here.

I tried logging in and my first attempt timed out with the usual "oops, something went wrong" message, but I got in on my 2nd try.

Normally I'd close 888 while I'm waiting another 30 minutes for the next hand of the day challenge to start then log in again, but seeing as there are issues I'm going to stay logged in just in case I have trouble getting in again.

i know i know, i been play my $20 required challenge just on 888, now for last 3-4 days 888 been a fiasco, i so upset
no sure they give back monies when i in tournament unable to bet - click on the thing and it no work
so my hand just gets folded... good ones! i get so angry i exited the thing
is 888 no able repair this trouble?

Yah there has been issues on 888 these days. So 888 has announced a $10K freeroll.
I too had issues regarding Club Scratchcard and Cash back spin but it was resolved yesterday by Customer care after a long persuading.

I saw that extra $10k freeroll. I wonder how 888 decides who gets a ticket? I know I'm not part of that lucky group.

Hell, I still haven't got the email so I can do these Galaxy freerolls.
I briefly thought I could finally participate, 2 days ago I somehow got 2 Venus Tickets, but nothing yesterday even though I had done 2 of the challenges.

Support is still looking into it, but they did give me 2x $10k Neptune tickets to tide me over so at least I have 2 Venus and 2 Neptune now.

Edit: I wonder if a Neptune ticket will work for the extra $10k freeroll? Just looking at the lobby the wording is the same as for Neptune tickets "Complete 2 or more daily Space Missions in 1 week to get a ticket"

Sigh, I used 1 of my Venus tickets and was ready to play my 1st one, but I'm trying to log in now and not getting through.
This is getting a bit ridiculous.

The are collecting millions a day ,funny how canadian players specifically are pretty much all having issues in game disconnections ,log in issues sometimes for an hour ,heads up battles never opening the page and losing the money without playing a hand ,ticket finals crippling you by not getting on the page until almost chipped out , do you think running a site with zero level of consistency for player experience is fine,FAIR AND PROPER ? Poker is not hard enough to be profitable without all this time and money spent without EQUAL CONDITIONS ?
