I don't know the rules, but when I registered, I got instantly 1$ on my account and some 0.5$ tournament tickets.
At one night i wanted to play a 0,5$ tournament (because they are only aviable for 24h) , but my tickets weren't aviable, even my 2x500$ Freeroll tikets (which are aviable for 90 days). So i wrote the support and explained my problem, and guess what? They said sorry and gave me 2 more 0,5$ tickets because i couldn't use mine, i was really happy because i didn't expected that, becuase i'm still a non depositor....
So write the support to clear the situation, they are very helpful!
