888 poker-sports bet freeroll now paid out in bonus money

today i played said freeroll. you get a ticket to play it when you make a sports bet.

to my surprise i did not receive my win of 2.35 dollars in my account and when i check everything i realized that they changed this now so you will get your money as bonus.

now i have to wager almost 70 dollars with 2.35 LOL and the biggest joke is that i can not use my bonus money unless i have 0 in my account.

what a joke 888, seriously what is this? they also halfed the prize pool...

Good morning.I saw the change of the prize pool and read that I would get just a sport bonus some hours before the freeroll started.I thought that maybe it was just a mistake and played the tounament.Got ITM and won $0.55 sport bonus.I won´t spend my bankroll to cleare itNow, it has no sense to play the freeroll.It is a pity, it was easy to win good money.there.

This freeroll is now completly worthless and its actually a catch to get people into sportsbetting. Who wants to risk 70 of their own money to free a bonus of lol 2 Dollar?

Good afternoon.Totally agree ,mate.That bonus is senseless.But, there are still many players registered in those freerolls.I think they haven´t read the changes yet.When they are aware they are not only wasting their time but also playing for nothing, this freeroll will disappear.What a pity!

really funny how 888 was becoming one of the bigger and better sites and they were like lets do something stupid and something more stupid,

Looks like the only decent site left is ggpoker and also becoming of the biggest over pokerstars, but hey they are doing that to themselfs becoming super greedy with everything, and stars with running their 50$ freerolls or 10$ freerolls might aswell not have one at all.. or better yet just play the cc ones since those are they only good ones left

I had a $5 free bet I got from the spin and used it. I lost the bet, but in using it I got both a Green Run ticket and a sports freeroll ticket.

Now that it pays bonus money I wouldn't have bothered getting a ticket for the freeroll, but since I had a ticket and won $0.60.

It appears 888 must have made another change due to the complaints as it shows I only have to wager it 6x ($3.60), as opposed to the 30x in the OP, to clear it, which would be 3 bets (first one at 2x and then 2 more at 1.5x).

I believe they still make it so you have to use your bankroll before you can use the bonus, but I've had a way around that since 888 first changed the way they do bonuses.

888poker promotions are getting worse each day. I used to play this $1k sports freeroll because it used to have a great value, but I will not play anymore. For me the most stupid thing is that you can't use your sports bonus to bet unless you have $0 in your account and if you bet with your own money it does not count to release the bonus.

Won it once for $60 and 3rd twice for $41 and a lot of minor amounts in the freeroll.

I know it's a bonus you got to wager on but I'm happy enough, this year so far successfully completed one for $1.46 and one for $41.
Good thing is you get paid on what you have got at the time bonus conditions met and not the original bonus amount, so I cashed more than the $41, withdrew and in bank account inside 2 mins.

No. Register for upcoming tournament to value of your cash balance, place sports bet, unregister.

Or stick it all in cash game, sit out, place sports bet, leave table.

Im aware of this method but this can get u banned from Promos if they find it out. Read multiple times already of people who got in trouble.
