Here is another thing to consider about calling an all in pre flop with A-K unsuited early in a tourney.  If your on the button and first pos. goes all in and there are two callers before you there is no way I am calling the all in.(Remember this is early) I dont want to blow my whole $100 buy in on a hope that I make a hand early.  A-K is a great draw hand And with 3 people all in before me I have to think one of them has Aces or Kings.  A big reason most amatures go all in pre flop is so they can't be outplayed.  The crazy cards and suck outs that come in net poker are a big reason to fold these in this situation.
