ACR mobile app - repetitive silent disconnects

Anyone having this issue or is it just me? It only happens on the new ACR App. I'll be playing and all of a sudden the action stops. Nobody is betting, no cards coming, essentially it looks like the game is paused but no! If I go back to the game lobby and rejoin, I have been sitting out and the game has been going without me. Unbelievable how bad this software is that it can't refresh a connection on its own, just like it can't auto-join an ongoing game you are registered in when you're logging in. The desktop software works fine and doesn't do anything like this!

Same occurring here! Sometimes I have to go out of the table and go back many times until it works.

same here. I think it has nothing to do with our devices, ACR just has incompetent programmers

Actually the most backwards mobile poker app I have ever seen... and I thought the 888poker app is bad....lol

Oh they can be played, just not without a lot of grief. If you can't see any tourneys at all, maybe you might need to download the most recent version.

Yeah it's the same for me.

It's super annoying and makes playing in the app not really an alternative at this point in time.

Once , what the OP says also happened to me

But....The biggest problem for me is that when it's not my turn to act on a game at ACR mobile app , and I switch to another app for some secs (chrome, another poker app or game ) , when I switch back to the ACR mobile app I have been disconnected . That's frustrating. Even if I leave for 30secs that might be enough time to get disconnected .

I have to log in again , then I MANUALLY have to find the tables that I play at (""My tournaments "' ) .

In other poker rooms (PokerStars' for ex) , when you log in , all active tables (games you are already playing) appear automatically on screen after the log in , but on ACR mobile app they do not lol

I experienced this on the desktop several times after an update of theirs, so noone is safe from these for quiet a few months now.
I was sitted out, can't sit back, or even were in an action and not seeing my cards. When another application is running on my laptop like PS or Youtube it's even worse. The throwables also make the table and other animations way more slower it supposed to be.

Well, hopefully they could make it right, cause this is just really a thing by a wrong update I believe.

What are u even on about? U dont need a very good and new phone for the 888 app. It even works on my 6 year old, 2 gb ram phone. Lol.
And...do u know the difference between an upload and a download?

Yes, it happens here too. Unfortunately. Just wait for improvements. But it's not feasible to play on the cell phone

that happens to be a common occurence for me on the desktop version as well

The table looks frozen, often times half the cards are dealt.
It is often due to my lack of processing power and me multitasking

What you can do for your phone is limit background processes
Iv'e had to ctr alt del and shut down acr from the system manager , it was sooo frozen it wouldn't even close

I think maybe this is a different issue. My phone does not freeze, I can still navigate within the ACR app but it is just disconnected from the game I am in when this issue happens.

I simply can not find MTTs on the mobile app. Has anyone successfully played a MTT on their mobile app? I do see the jackpot spin and gos now.

I'm having a problem almost similar to yours at 888poker, after I downloaded the new version, I get more disconnected than playing, the worst is that it gets to lock up to PokerStars, good luck

Still an issue mobile app. Only option is watching closely and going in and out until it works. Even then it's temporary from 10secs to ....

a very raw application, and it's also very strange why there is no iphone version??? Well this is an American poker room, I can play from a MacBook without an iPhone ((((

She is just spamming to keep her post count. Its not the first time and i have her on ignore for that.

Mtt's are clearly there and obv many many players played already "successfully" mtt's with it.

Other option is that she is still on the browser mobile version because me i can not see jackpots on the android version.

Yeah it happened again recently . Very strange indeed. At the beginning I think it's a player delaying , sometime it happens , it takes some time to realise that's not the case . ACR must fix their mobile app . So much advertising through twitch to attract new players , and they have no good app , this sucks

This acr mobile app is literally the worst poker experience i have ever had. You feel like you're playing with such a huge disadvantage compared to desktop players simply cause you just cant play yoir hands. Yhe table just freezes. Ive complained to the support a bunch of times but they're not doing anything. Why did they release this crap if we're not able to play on it properly?

I think for some people maybe it is better than nothing at all. Such as maybe to connect to one of their twitch streamer freerolls and luck out with knocking them out right away.
