Same problem here.

Is the software pretty buggy then. I only downloaded yesterday and played a few freerolls to see if I liked it before I deposit.

Put me off a bit now I am afraid if this is on going problem

Everyone is so worried about bots, I've been playing at ACR for over 5 years and never had a problem with my ROI. If you can't beat a bot work on your game. Additionally, it is almost impossible to cheat on tournaments. I guess it depends on what you play.

Any poker room on the network my favorite or Party poker is also a good option.There is rakeback at party poker, it is straightforward, but ipoker because of the weakness of the players' game.

Every site I've played on has people complaining about scams and bots so I don't think it is as widespread as some people think; in most/all cases, it's because one or both of the players are bad.

We know there are bots out there but they aren't superuser/godmode. So just because you lose a hand on the river doesn't mean it's a bot; the bot can't get to the river unless you let it.

If someone appears to have superuser/godmode permissions, you aren't going to win so you should stop playing with that user. I'd bet though, that that's not happening. Since superuser/godmode has happened in the past on now-shuttered sites, I'm sure sites today go out of their way to ensure that doesn't happen again because the site would be shut down.

ACR reportedly had problems with bots but they supposedly are actively working to prevent and stop them. I periodically get a prompt to prove I'm a human user and there's no telling what they are doing behind the scene to detect and eliminate them. I don't really have to worry about them though because I play at the micro stakes which I doubt are targeted by bots.

Does anyone avoid depositing because of the iffy legality in USA? I only play on sites that have freerolls so I can earn $ to play at the tables.

I enjoy the software and the deposit/withdraw options. Also bitcoin is very convenient The only thing I don't particularly like are the avatars. They're kinda creepy.

Imho Best site for me. Living in the USA having limited access to Poker Sites cause my Government wants to protect me.:banghead:
