In Nitrogen Poker and SwC there were freerolls. Look, maybe even now. Do not hurry to register, pick up good affiliates, there may be tournaments from them.

I think that there are sites with bitcoins tournaments but I don't think if they offer freerools.

Etherium seems like the real deal, I don't believe the hype about bitcoin bubble but its hard to argue against the increasingly ridiculous transfer fees to miners. Big ups for coinpoker
