Finally the Blast freerolls replaced by Millions superstorm promotion on 888.

The BLAST Superstorm freeroll was different today, it was an all-in game.
I never noticed when I registered and had to go to my game history to see why I was out after 1 hand.

I just checked and tomorrow it is back to the usual hyper turbo format, very weird.

I don't know about blast, my experience with a 0.25$ spin game sucked, 2 minute game then all in, and made me never want to throw a penny at it again.

But I enjoyed the 5K freeroll today and won 5$, Thanks !

I do not know why 888 does these kind of experiments or sudden changes in the format.
888 is in dream love with blast games and now introduces "Cash Blast" promotion where the player needs to win at least 5 blast games with a minimum buyin of $5.
The player will get a scratch card and can get up to $10k from that card.
the minimum cash is $1. A player can get 2 scratch card at least a day.
Do tell me about your experience regarding this promotion.

888 is offering 1M tourney ticket in exchange of 10K gold points or climbing 20 Levels (valid for Level 100 or above) during the promotion period.

10k gold points equals $100 so there are no benefits. And climbing above level 100, must be hundreds dollars of rake. I'm only level 81 now, can't tell precisely. Maybe it's realistic for some pro regulars.

For me the offer was climb 15 levels, which at my current rate would take over 4 months.

I just had my best finish in the new $3k Superstorm, 84/8039 for $3.60.

After 53 days since 888 added these $500 games I'm averaging over $1 a day ($53.80).
Most people play these games without bothering to try as it's hard to get more than $0.30 in them, but they really do add up in the long run. I'll never turn my nose up at over $50 in free $ (so far).

I too finished at 16th position in Superstorm freeroll yesterday collecting $12.

Today I am going to play the 25K monthly elite tourney and later Level 100+ tourney.

Looks like 888 made another change, the 6x $500 daily freerolls have been reduced to 6x $200 freerolls.

I'll still play them, but not as religiously as I was playing them when they were $500.

Wow, that's a bit of a shock. I would have preferred less $500 freerolls a day, rather than reducing the prizepool by more than half. Might not be worth playing anymore. Need to see the new payouts.

Current one which is live there minimum cash is 2 cents so yeah definitely worth it. Or not.

I think 888 had realized that they are offering too much freerolls. So they just cut it down.
I think 888 has also scraped down $1k Facebook freeroll and Vkontakte as well.

I think, most of these freerolls are just a distraction anyway. Its better to work on your game, so you can beat the regular tournaments. Even when the price pool was 500$, often 5.000+ people were competing for that, and there really are better things to do with your time than to play hyperturbo tournaments, where you can expect to win 10c on average.

I won a $5 blast (top 600) so I think this is the best of the freerolls, at least you win a decent buy-in .
