Both are very good. and withdrawl is no problem.

some of iPoker skins are closed for players from the Serbia, but i recommend William Hill,
i have played at the 770 (now Net Bet) and Betfair but there is not nothing special

I would recommend Titan Poker,William Hill Poker,Betfair,Ladbrokes Poker,NetBet.Also there is myBet Poker where they have $50 freerolls few times a week.
