I know about the controversy with Jack Poker, but the freerolls are top heavy and you get a decent pile of cash.

I have a bit of free roll winnings on that site, and its simply gone dark.

The landing page loads the background image and that is about it the past 2 days.

Local DNS issue by chance, are you guys having issues?

Why haven't they sent out details regarding this to their customers? It breaks all the links to their card room THEY tell you to setup in lieu of no App/program...

The main landing page was simply broken for 2 days without notice, as well.

The last email or notice I got from them, that wasn't about a tournament registration, is about free tickets. 🤦🏻‍♂️

Not terribly impressed, or feeling secure.

I’m doing the same as OP and building up a bit of freeroll winnings at this site and considering venturing into tournaments. I have heard bad things about the cash tables here though so be careful guys read some reviews first.

Withdrawal and use the cash as you please. I did put the trust of my personal information in their hands, which likely isn't very clever. 😝 Other sites have tournaments I enjoy, personally, so it doesn't do me much good sitting there, however I feel about the bot controversy. The blackout had me legitimately concerned I was going to lose my bonus cash to red tape.

One deep run in those FR's is pretty nice with the bonus cash going to the top.

I understand people being uneasy, and giving them your details is questionable at best, I admit.

Jack poker site ? Strange name for a poker site . I font trust the small or very small poker rooms . But if sb has winnings and has been able to withdraw successfully from thsr site , then everything is all good I guess .

Yes of course I read the reviews first, never played cash at Jack and have only played freerolls so far. I’m going to play some $5 buy in tournaments soon with my winnings and see how that goes.

I couldn't access it at jackpoker.com, but jack-poker.com worked fine, nothing like the OP screenshot. However, I did play a tourney there not so long ago and the final table was 'paused by the administrator'. It seems they are having server issues or maybe moving?
