You are way behind your competition here.I have to wait more than two days for a single response and I requested a withdraw with Skrill , the fastest method out there as far as I know, from 30th of August and I finally received my funds today 3rd of September! Needless to say that in another online poker company the response time was within hours in the same same day and the other day I received my funds with Skrill method in less than 4 hours and I couldn't believe the speed of the transaction.

I wanted to point out that your CS is rated with 5 stars by me , I always asolve any issues I have with a single e mail by you guys , needless to say how kindly you answer but it's a pity for the customer to wait so long.
