Here a few things which may help understand why my appreciation of 888 has slipped a few notches (but is still one of the best sites out there): During the Ddos attacks I had qualified for the Barcelona game but I could not enter it via the software nor by the client browser trying numerous times. Apparently there was a rescheduling notification "given within the software" which I could not access so I was out of the loop. An email notification would have helped! After the above fiasco I qualified relatively early for the $55 God of the Arena event. Afterwards, I received a ticket for the qualifier as an apology for the Ddos interruption. A nice gesture but completely useless for me..and I kept receiving numerous further tickets for this game which were unusable. My online ID at 888 is Polytarp1 and I'm at level 116 (out of 1500). I've only started playing online again since March 2018 and am learning things both the easy and hard way. Conversely, I hope 888 learns something from what I have experienced. Mistakes are fine as long as they're survivable, something is done to ensure they (or a variation thereof) is not repeated and steps were taken to reverse any damage incurred...like how 888 provided the apology ticket entry to its players (though misapplied in my case). Cheers
