Dear 888 poker

I have been playing at your site for 6 weeks now, and during the first 5 weeks everything have been fine from a technical point of view. However over the last 4-5 days I have been randomly thrown of the server so many times, I have lost count of it. Just today it has happened 5 times already. Each time I am told:

"You have been disconnected, please check your internet connection"

My internet connection is always fine, and the only way I can get back in the action on the tables, I am playing, is to shut the 888 poker client completely down and reopen. At which time I have been blinded away in tournaments, and in cash games I have missed my hands and now need to wait for the big blind to come around to me.

I understand, that this can happen a single time or two, but now it has been going on repeatedly over several days. So please get your technical staff to fix these server issues, or whatever it is, so that normal play can resume. Otherwise I will unfortunately need to withdraw my funds and go back to playing at a different poker site.
