Last night it happened again, and this time I also had another poker client running. I got disconnected on both simultaneously, so I am pretty sure, it happen, when there is a temporary problem with my internet connection.

It is of course my responsibility as a player to have a stable internet connection, but it is still not ideal, that the software crashes. It should be able to reconnect, so that at least sometimes, if the connection is back again rapidly, the player still has time to react and finish the hand(s), he is playing. On the other site, it went like this, but not on 888.

The below is from another invite only forum, so I can not post a link but have copy-pasted the post, which was posted on july 21 2019:
