And all the while they stay gracious and helpful to everyone through the abuse.  STOP IT.  They are doing the best they can with what's available to them. They don't hold the "keys to the kingdom" or have control over any software issues, etc.

I like to think (and I know) that on the whole the CardsChat community is well over and above the best and friendliest community out there.  Let's show that example to the Rep's who take the time to offer us extra help.
