Ok I have Lenovo ThinkPad running windows 10.  It has 4 gigs of ram, and more than enough processing power.  It is running windows defender as the anti virus.  I am on a very sold wired connection pulling at least 50 MBps download.  The issue I am having is when it tries to install it gets to around 10% and just loops back to the start of the install.  I have disabled the antvirus and tried installing with no success.

I am currently using the instant play on the browser which i actually prefer the layout over the application, however the selection of.games is so limited and I can't understand why...for instance right now the 5.50 PKO is not available to register on the instant play, yet I can register on my phone, and than login on the browser and play...this seems very ass backward.  I have been in contact with support over the last 3 weeks, however it takes them days to respond to a simple reply and its getting very frustrating as I had deposited to play and I am missing out on a a lot of games because of this.  **(Username is DstnByfuglie)**

I have also played a lot of poker on this site and noticed it really going to downhill fast.  I sure hope you can bring it back to what it used to be...
