The Sign-Up Thread is stickied next to the one you are posting here. Go there when you are ready and create ONE post containing your request. It doesn't matter much what you say there. The mere act of posting there implies that you want to join the club. You shouldn't be posting there if you aren't ready and you don't want to apply for membership. Say something like "I want to join the freeroll club." In about 2 weeks you'll get an answer. If you don't qualify, you'll have to wait a month before reapplying.
