But I believe it would be found valuable information by many to be able to know if the issue was as alarming as it was presented here and if it was really handled and solved properly. Of course, even better if the customer would return to tell himself or herself I think it would be found even more reliable and trustworthy by others. You do understand that if some one comes here and says "I withdrew $1600 and received only $155" it kind of leaves us with a funny feeling? Also, another person trying to withdraw a smaller amount, and when things did not work tried to contact repeatedly the customer service with the end result of having his 888 account closed after being a member for 12 years! I am sure many would find it interesting to know if there people were just scammed or there was some understandable reason and solution to these cases.
