(sometimes you won't even be able to withdrawal depending upon what country you live in, etc. .. or methods they request in might not be available to you).  Why learn that sh1t out after playing for years & building up a bankroll starting from freerolls, only to discover it is worth NOTHING.
Deposit (no matter how small), verify >>> play ...  >> hope to withdraw funds one day... or at least not need to deposit too often

20% rakeback at Stars?  I don't think so.  These days it's probably closer to 3% rakeback and that's only if you're playing micros. (I believe it is much worse at high buyin levels).
Stars has the worst rakeback program in all of online poker.  And their rake is higher than other sites.
