I wish that were totally true. I know there is a particular site that that I won't go back to.(I won't say it because it kind of freaked me out what they did) I called their support and did a little bit of nice complaining. Another phone call was needed either the same day or next morning, the complaint was a little more harsh, when the support gal on the phone got a little testy with me I got testy back told her if something wasn't done or atleast acknowledge about the situation that I was going to tell my friends and etc.......
they blocked my account. :eek: Now I REALLY wasn't happy! I called them back and got ahold I know of the same gal but supposedly different name,asked her what was up with that and was told they didn't need threatning phone calls. I asked for the supervisor, apologized for my harshness but still wanted some satisfaction for the previous problem. I got my account unblocked but never got the other situation resolved. Never played at the site again even though I still have my account. I wish some of these sites would realize if they hack off too many players that forums and friends alike are going to leave them. I wish they were all like some other's support systems. Okay sorry about being way too long.
