I guess you can call it semi-boting or assisted boting when you play on one screen/computer and have RTA and RTS on another computer.

I think PokerStars monitors the programs you run on your computer while playing on their site but it's hard to do anything else than check for tendencies that no human can do if you get help from programs/machines you don't have on the same computer you play on.

And how do you protect us from this?:

The clip should start at 21.30 (that whats relevant to indirect boting farms).

I have never heard of bots on PS, but I have played against a Chinese group of colluders.

Stars caught them and refunded the victims.

Be that as it may, it's not a problem. Our freerolls are played by members of our community and they are all real people, friendly and not bots at all :)
Just play our freerolls :)

Today, the technology is such that it might be possible, but I trust that the poker sites filter such accounts.

bots are written by people, and sites identify them and block such users. This is the essence of fair play, to play man against man.

PS is the largest and most respected poker room. I've never had any problems with them. If you don't trust them, then who can you trust? I prefer to think that the security service operates at a high level.

online poker is full of sh.t these days. Every site. All of them. Easy. Who doesn't understand that can't be helped anymore. Just check out the KI's at chess, don't you think that is eaaasily applicable to poker as well being a much easier game than chess? With all that data you can use? Come on, no problems, no worries huh? The good botters and cheaters just don't win too much and they don't have easy to see through patterns in their games. I'd bet that 5-10% of players are bots/cheaters w/e through all sites. There are the honest winning players (which play the same styles as bots/cheaters), the non honest winning players and the 90% honest players which pay the whole party. The sites only care of bad publicity that reduces their traffic/rake, nothing else. To win these days in online poker you have to be lucky or top 5% skilled. That's why we are all here after all.

The devil is in the details (which not everyone is supposed to know). It’s not that difficult to find many ready-made bots on the Internet. From free simple copies to bots with a wide range of functions and the possibility of team play on several accounts priced at $200. And this is only in publicly available sources; it is unknown what can be found on some specialized closed hacker forums and sites. According to rumors, a good winning bot costs from $1000, there are copies for $5000. Such programs are probably very good at hiding themselves and imitate human behavior as much as possible; it is quite possible that they use neural networks to make decisions.

Your answer is totally stupid. People play Poker to make money and in Freerolls you cannot make as much as you can make in other tournaments.

No, I think that bots don't exist, and even if they do, they will quickly block them, especially poker sites that have been on the market for a long time and they do it very quickly that I don't even notice their participation in the game, they won't risk their authority and reputation, it's more expensive for them

Sorry but you post is so damn wrong that it makes me angry. At least inform yourself about the well known and public bot happenings.

Извините, но ваш пост настолько чертовски неправильный, что это меня злит. По крайней мере, узнавайте об известных и публичных событиях с ботами.
There are no bots on Pokerstars if you have any, give me proof that it's not a person who is playing against you, but a bot that is made through the program and that wins you are constantly dealt randomly so you are playing against a person who does not know what card will be next and if you find a bot, it will be blocked, you probably don't know Pokerstars protection is very strong and anyone who wants to hack this site will be blocked you will not be able to bypass this protection! why the hell is my post wrong, can you explain to me? we're talking about Pokerstars they don't have bots if you think so it's a very misconception you need to learn programming and how it works

Any clear cut evidence of those bots on "all sites"? No? Ok so Agent Mulder would actually be proud of u i guess 😆

In another thread created by u today u played 15, let me repeat, 15 hands before u decided its all rigged. I mean that thread alone is enough (for me) to not give u any credibility regarding anything poker related.

The aftermaths of those scandals that came to light in the last few days are very interesting to follow. Now every second so called "riggie" feels confirmed in their theories. I read it everywhere in the last few days, they "already knew it before" and "its no surprise to them".
The funny thing is: if u play poker against some of them, the real reason why they are loosing already becomes evident after just a few hands (sometimes even 15 is enough to spot a real bad player) 🥲

Ah and before u write ur angry reply and call me naive: yes Ki's nowadays are probably pretty good and who knows where they are all at but you still need to provide basic evidence for ur claims. "I bet" is and never was anything of sustain, especially when it comes from someone who apparently does not really knows what he is talking about 😉

To make it clear. I'm talking about players or people using bots. If you don't know that botting in poker is as common as botting in pokemon go then fine.

Ok guy with funny name but zero sense of maybe not so serious stuff by others.
What has that thread to do with this thread?

Yeah your logic is flawless. If there is no evidence they are idiots. If there is evidence they are also idiots. Good job man. Good job.

Who is some of them? What does that sentence mean?

Naive would be the wrong word to describe ignorance. You only have to read certain pokersites or forums to get the informations you call evidence. Players collect and list bot networks over years. Or go for google: Buy poker bot or just download for free. Lol

I don't claim anything and I don't have to do anything. All i do is offering common knowledge for people like you who for any reason lack of mandatory informations in the world of poker.

@Funtast

There have been zero evidence collected that bots run on all sites as u claim. Yes they definitely run on grey market sites like ACR but i never heard or read of confirmed bots on pokerstars for example.

U are just repeating things that u read somewhere but not really understood/read correctly or have any clue about at all. Thats definitely not "offering common knowlegde" as u claim...😆

Not going to argue with u any further sorry.
