I think everyone knows about them. You start with 1000 chips and it's an all in battle all the way. Worst thing you could play, with all in's every hand. But if you have time to waste, go for it. Maybe you get to the last table and lose with aces against pocket 2's or something

Last occasion a guy went at my table all-in first hand with K10o, he tripled-up and ever since were supported with great hands. In these hyper ones better to risk it sometimes, but slowplay can be good for some levels too. Its much effort to reach the top5, but I think for odds to 1:250 its just a worthy try every time.
