Not playing PokerStars at the moment and won't be playing it again any time soon unless they reinstate freerolls or I get really lucky on Party Poker.

I have already lost hope. I played many different satellites, but I never managed to achieve the desired result. Perhaps this holiday tournament will pass without my participation, perhaps someone else will win my million, the world is unfair, but what can you do about it ....

you don't know at what moment the lucky bullet can fire, maybe first or last, but the main thing is to try and not lose hope because that's poker, good luck bro!

in normal SM, sometimes I do everything I try and nothing happens, but then Saturday comes the last satellite for Sunday's million and I'm happy!

No need to worry about that.

Many people buyin in directly shortly before the start and also many satellites are still running.

PS will not allow it to be cancelled. 😅

they also receive 10% of each tournament entry it means almost 1 million profit for pokerstars !

I was not planning to play this. But just for fun I checked the lobby to see, which satellites they offered, and just at that time $2.2 and $11 satellites were running with late registration open and big overlays. So I played both and won an entry in the $2.2 one, which rewarded 30 tickets and reached less than 1.000 entries for a 200+% overlay. My previous largest online MTTs were some small field $55 games, so this is really a first for me. I wish good luck to all CC members, who are playing tonight

I guess, I would also have money to buy in directly, if I wanted to, since I currently have around $2.000 sitting in my PokerStars account. But I dont want to spend 10% of my bankroll on a "shot". Then I would rather withdraw the money and spend them on my family. So there is not going to be any reentry for me, if I bust during day 1

It was more like sleepless bird. My dog woke me up just after midnight, and then I could not sleep again. So around 1.30 am I opened PokerStars thinking, that maybe I would play a few SnGs and then try to go back to sleep. But instead I ended up playing these two satellites and went back to sleep around 5am, when the $2,2 one was finished. So if I cash tonight, I guess, the dog deserves an extra bone

I'm trying but no luck so far.

I'm in phase 2 of the $1 sattie but around 3k players will be fighting for 100ish tickets and I just have less than 10 BBs. So doesn't look too good. 😅

I'm watching the list and will play one of the $11 major satties close to start time but that'll probably be it. I didn't do the math but I already spend about 20-30 trying to qualify and its getting slightly out of hand. 🤣

It's just a shame you cannot combine tickets anymore. I have 2 $109 tickets for SM from the German shootout and I'd love to combine them for this but PS doesn't let me. 🤪

Or the other possibility is that I win the $215 in the German shootout today but that'll also require a big bunch of luck since you have to win about 10 all-ins in a row with your two randomly dealt cards. 😄
