Connectivity error accurs after an update on Pokerstars.After Reinstallation error persists. How could this be fixed? On Pokerstars. Restart didn't help too.

Have you tried to reach out to PokerStars support?

Does it happen on mobile, desktop version or both?

I can access the poker part, I can log in normally, but when I go to the sports part, it says that my session has expired. Apparently they were doing server maintenance a few minutes ago.
Find out on twitter. I'll take a look at anything I write here.

Try to log in through the website. To find out if the problem is your account or the servers.

here too, but only when I change to sports

I had the same problem, but seems to work okay on PC for poker at least.

I have the same problem with casino part.
I am asked to log in when already inside and get the error or session.
This has been going on for so many years that I don't even bother trying to clear the cache, do this do that.
Anymore. The problem is that I love PokerStars too much!

I was also having problems (on mobile and not), but I managed to solve it

you have another problem. if it says you are already online and you cannot log in, you are stuck on exit (you logged out of the client incorrectly) You closed forcibly, but you need to exit. You are stuck in the server. Only pokerstars will help you, you need to write to them directly. I faced such problem. They explained to me that I was exiting the client incorrectly and I was stuck when changing the server. I couldn't go to pokerstars for half a day until I wrote to them and they kicked me off ONLINE (and they explained to me what I was doing wrong)

Thanks for answers. I solved it by sharing the very same internet on my laptop through my phone.(creating hot spot). In response to sports part, it is because your country blocks betting, DNS server changing should work... you should google it, NOT geeky enough to explain the procedure :D

Well something happened here, I can not access the Sportsbook, only poker. Surely there must be a problem with their server?

I had the same problem, now it works normally. I'm using a computer.

Yes, I was with the same problem and not only at the sport section, I can't even play a hand of poker because automatically my season were closed, I asked for a solution to the support of Pokerstars and they told me that we can only wait for a solution, because they were with troubles at the servers

Same problem here. I thought it was possibly my internet provider but after seeing a spike on downdetecor and seeing the same issues being reported on twitter I now know it's a Pokerstars issue. Good thing they've been so good to me lately...

Today I also had a problem, but when I went to access the sports part, it was normal with poker.

You don’t need to write anywhere, support won’t help you, since May 6, there has been a massive blocking of pokerstars by Internet providers, here only VPN or mobile Internet on your phone will help you, but for laptops and desktop computers only VPN, there are no other options.

I contacted support, they said they have multiple notifications about the issue and the developers are trying to fix the issue.

I wonder what they did to break it in the first place. I bet it has something to do with tracking mobile client locations.

it is the same for me... 'only when I change to Sports'
Of course they shipped me a Free $10 Bet a couple days ago, lol.

Glad to see it's not just me.

I'm guessing it has something to do with resetting the RNG to keep some of 'us' disgruntled losers from discovering it REALLY is rigged.

I just woke up and try to log in to my pokerstars. And i cant becouse i cant download a update. My update just stopped at half way :D crazy

Hello for german players its now very interesting. Because of political reasons the client is now .de. I could change it succesful to the new client and my verification was succesful. But now i am very dissapointet, our all lovely played cc freerolls are not available. I am a little bit confused about these fact. Hope it will be fixed and we german players could attend on the freeroll from cc. I have my daily routine to play the 100 Dollar freeroll, so it is very sad for me.
