Pokerstars problem

After the restart of pokerstars I can't play anymore. If I want pay the buy in for a game it looks like I have 0 EUR. But when I want to cash out my money it is normaly shown. Has anyone similar problems?

My balance is not shown in the main lobby, but I can register for tournaments, and then the balance is shown, before I press "confirm" or "cancel".

Yeah the software seems to have issues with appearance. It also shows 0 balance for me but I can still buyin into tournaments and then it shows the current balance

Something I am going to look out for not been on PokerStars for over a month so will try this pm. I have to keep the Chest active if they haven't changed that as well.

The spin of the day not there either which is so unfortunate because I made almost 30 cents last 2 months spinning that wheel

I understand that most people been unsatisfied with the wheel.
I got 4 times 5€ , and almost always 3-10 freespins so I can't complain 😁

Hello everyone. Yes, indeed - Pokerstars never ceases to amaze!!! After they warned that there would be technical work all day on July 30, the site has been down for almost two days, and after I opened my account, I found my balance at zero!!!! It allows me to play, but there’s no display of the balance, and I can't even open the cashier!!! 😁😁😁😁👍😂 just fire 🔥!!!!!

And also - I can't spin the wheel, but by opening the tasks, I see that every day I get free spins and some bonuses!!!! It's really awesome 🔥🔥🔥!!!! 😂😂😂😂😂👍

I gave your comment a standing ovation for about a minute and 30 seconds! :ROFLMAO: Indeed, Spin of the Day is missing. This is the 9th day in a row I have failed to earn even 2 spins, so it has greatly affected on my daily profits. :LOL: I also got a gift today with a $0.50 ticket that didn't want to open. Only now I was able to open the chest, but the ticket was not credited to my balance. :ROFLMAO: Oh yeah, and support didn't answer me in chat either (waited more than 60 minutes). All in all, total chaos right now at PokerStars. :D

I have a similar problem. My balance is also zero. And my avatar has also disappeared. Last night I tried to log in to my account several times but nothing happened. Only today I managed to log in.

Well, it does not show $0, it just doesn't show the balance on the client, but it's shown on the cashier window.
Could it be a part of the update? Maybe they decided not to show our balance in the main lobby anymore.
Otherwise, everything seems to work just as before, nothing less, nothing more (At least for me so far). One could wonder what they were doing all that time :unsure::ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO:.

I think it is a glitch that balance is not showing because avatar is not showing either

Perhaps you haven't read Post #12 yet? I'm sure many will be suggesting that 'they' are 'making Pokerstars great again'.

My balance just showed up now, but not the avatar :unsure:.
