The poker trackers accept this raw format as input too, but for internal use they convert it to their own format. I think you are trying to convert a hand in such a format, but I don't know if the format is supported here. If you have the original hand in its raw format, you can try to convert that instead. Otherwise, see if your poker tracker can export a stored hand to some raw format. I don't have PT, so I can't help.
