Zach Eflin has played 4 games in his career against Tampa Bay and in all of those games were 8 runs or less. Ryan Pepiot has played 2 games in his career against Baltimore and in all of those games were 8 runs or less. There were 9 runs or less in 11 of the last 15 games between these teams (and the current streak is 4 games). Tampa Bay Rays have played in 8 of their last 10 regular season home games with 9 runs or less.
