For me, 5 minutes is quite enough, if a couple of minutes is not enough, then it's okay.

Pause

I don't think that a 5 min pause is enough for a brain relaxation from concentration and deep thinking... I usually go for 15 Min Pause

Well I can tell you two things about it and one is to say that rest is necessary and two is that something similar happens to me, I lose concentration, I lose the thread of the game and it is difficult for me to take the reins, but I only see it as a matter to improve, to correct and to make an effort to concentrate even more in that moment knowing that I am doing it wrong at the moment.

I do enjoy the break, it allows me to get a drink or hit the lavatory Without it, we would be thirsty and not hitting the bathroom. It is vital to be able to feel good when you play your games.

I think all the sites must have got on top of this. I remember at one point the breaks being out of synch but that was a long time ago now.

Good, because I usually arrange entries for the next competitions during breaks, or I go to the bathroom.
But it’s bad because this time isn't enough to rest and one gets out of rhythm. I usually fail parties after breaks, even when I’ve been in the lead before.

In my opinion, a 5-minute break cannot greatly affect the concentration of the game, the opponents at the table have not gone anywhere, the game will continue with them after the break. I think 5 minutes is perfect. But, it would be a good idea to have a 10-15 mins break every 4hs or so..
