i have often made it from 0$ to 100 - 150 . but then lost it all because i didnt stick to bankroll management and couldnt manage tilt

the way i did it was a little risky too though . for example i won a freeroll and lets say 20 $ and i played cash games and build up . but then eventually lost it all

i am right now trying to build a big bankroll with freerolls too

maybe it would be best that if you get 15 20 $ then just play small buy in tournaments or sit n gos until you get to 100 and then move up and play a little bigger buy in tournaments until you get to 500 etc

Cardschat tournaments is a good way to build your bankroll, and then grow by entering tournaments and not forgetting to manage your bankroll well.

If you get alot of freerolls you can play in then awesome if not find another site.

You'll need to do something with cash to get tickets so be smart stick to tournaments as much as possible but consider.....

Do you get something extra for placing sports bets.... or casino....

Some sites you can sports bet .10 and get a freeroll ticket or another freebet use those to your advantage... casino ticket if you play... that could mean a min bet one spin and you get a freeroll ticket...

Play freerolls until you have 100 buyins, then gradually move up, and after you have 100 buyins for the next level- move up, lather, rinse, repeat.

It definitely works! I have already won about $300 through CardsChat freerolls and have only been a member since April this year. Just play every day and if you know some poker, this is definitely a good alternative to increase your bankroll. When you feel confident, you can then invest that bankroll in bigger tournaments.

I have no idea how to build bankroll, all the time i make 10$ deposit into 100$, 200$, and then i waste EVERYTHING, with big buy ins MTTs, Cash games, zoom, even spin and go to deplete it all when im tilted, now sports bets too. Once i won a big 22$ with 0 left in my bankroll and got 5000$ prize, and ended up wasting it all too.

Since im putting my time into it, i try to go big, putting 1000 hours to build 100$ dollars with freerolls its just crazy, i might lose some money (10$ a week)but at least i try to go BIG!!! Time must be a part of the equation.

yes it is possible to build a bankroll just by playing Freeroll, for that you must study the main poker strategies very well and don't limp any hand, and most importantly always enter the prize pool.

Just read about Ferguson challenge. He made 0-$100 within 6 months? That's so slow. Of course depends on the quality of freerolls and depends if you can go broke or not but you could easily do that in 1 week if you start playing real money games on top of freerolls immediately with any money.

Actually was 9 months? Damn, he must have been playing only freerolls or something and not very good ones.

It takes a lot of free time and patience to build a bankroll on freerolls. But it's a good endurance workout. Who play freerolls adhering to the classic rules of poker know this. Good luck with the challenge.

I remember one time I won about 0.30 cents in a freeroll, then I played a 0.25 sit and go and won 3 dollars, I moved to the 0.50 and won 6 dollars and in that streak of luck that was on the day I managed to make 100 dollars in 2 days. It was an abnormal day, luck was certainly on my side.
