Start by trying to find out, why you tilt? Logically this makes no sense, since you are playing for free. So as others have said, where does that feeling of entitlement come from? Why not just enjoy the experience of playing and have some fun (like others do)? After all this is, what freerolls are for. They are not for getting rich or "build a bankroll" or whatever other nonsense, some people will try to tell you
For the first time I'm going to disagree with you... but nothing too out of line...
I say this because freerolls really can help boost your bankroll (there are many other freerolls besides cardschats).
But the mentality is just that... playing as if it were a normal (paid)
poker game, even though it's free.
Maybe that's the reason for his tilt (vitor), but as the levels advance, frerolls take the form of normal games.
Although most freerolls have this mentality of playing anyway, believe me... there have been freerolls that demanded much more from me than in paid games (of course with low buy-ins).

But I believe that's what poker is about. Knowing how to deal with your frustrations will make you better regardless of whether you are frerroll or not.
