Just out of curiosity if you can't even play the site in your country.. then why do you care how the tournament works?

Why do you assume he cannot play it in his country?

Anyways. Regarding flip tournaments:
Basically it's an all in tournament. Each player starts with 1 chip and goes all in with every hand. If you are lucky and win 2-3 hands you will likely receive a prize.

Fair enough. I thought he meant the forum.

But it seems he is still able to use the poker client.

Cause my stupid goverment thinks if they block some urls it will be impossible to play and the pokerrooms won't make additional urls... I play where the server is located.

Corrupted EU country, that bans poker for "dangerous gambling addiction", while making huge profits from national lottery, slot machines etc., all mentioned of course don't have more than 70% money return... Even I know people that play all nights on those legal slots, loosing lot of money.
Good that biggest poker rooms (excluding 888poker) don't give a f**k about this ban. ^^

Maybe they are simply not available in your country? Can you just make a deposit and play or roll freerolls?
