in this hand I had a 45% equity against his range so I should have called, but i couldn't just calculate that in the moment, what do you guys suggest that i do in these situations?

Its fine to raise-fold QJo to a normal size 3-bet, especially when you are out of position. The hand play kind of poorly postflop and offer reverse implied odds, when you flop top pair, but the opponent has an overpair or have you outkicked. I also dont know, where you get that 45% equity number from? It seems very optimistic given, what people typically 3-bet in a micro stakes game. As for the format I personally prefer the screenshot, but the replayer work as well.

You played well. You need to call with a tighter range, unless you want to enter the world of crazy bluffs. This time your opening was standard in my opinion.

By putting in what kind of range? If the opponent is 3-betting 99+, AQ+, AJs, KQs, then QJo only has 29% equity. And honestly I think, even that range is wide compared to, what many people actually 3-bet in the micros. In order for QJo to have 45% equity, the opponent need to be 3-betting around 30% of hands, which include hands as bad as T9o and Q7s. That would be a complete maniac, which is certainly not the most common player type.

Its up to you. The best way to share hand histories is to use the CC hand converter, but as I understand it, its kind of difficult to get the actual hand history out from GG Poker.

yeah it really is, I have to download the whole hand history of the session then I search for the hand that I tagged between around 100-200 hands then copy paste that hand code to a convertor then share it
I think it's a lot easier on other platforms

yes it's indeed a tight range but this did not limp any hand even against a raise, he would always play when he had the betting lead, but yeah I think I put him on a bit wider range than normal
