I had a 10BI downswing and took a break, figured I must be playing like a twat or something (probably was). Breaks work for me. So just think of it as a break, and it might do you some good anyway.

tbf my aims been to catch up to Acky since I joined CC as a FR reg, then I went broke and it was to catch Ducky, then him

this is why I try to play volume, even when i'm not up for it mentally.

+ the bet wasn't for my stack, I had a bit left behind if I remember correctly.

meh, I like to x/r.. flops pretty meh, I can get value from worse though it could be arguably thin.

turn bet call because he has no value hands here imo apart from sets and they 3bet flop a lot + i'm confused by his line because it reps nothing

upon review though, I'm losing a ****load of mid sized pots it seems.. and thats ruining my w/r making me b/e for the moment.

its kinda tilting.. ways to go about stopping this? (most will be 3b pots and double barrels etc)
