I beg to differ. This is a terrible idea in so many levels. Someone who goes all-in with 97o due to lack of experience will be eaten alive in NL25 and will lose his savings in no time. I think you should also have at least 30 buy-ins for each stake.
My advice would be to continue at the lowest level and play tight, straightforward poker first. That's what I did and I have now climbed to NL10 just by playing and slowly building my
bankroll in the meantime. That's when the learning happens when you gain experience by playing and see what works and what doesn't. The game gets harder on each new level so it's quite important to beat the lower one first and if you can't beat the lowest, don't even think about trying any higher yet.
Study, study, study, read, watch videos, play. Don't get too fancy and stick to the basics first. That's a good start in my opinion
