I'm pretty hyped to upload a video, bet you guys can't wait to hear my sexy accent, huh?

What software should I download to record?

I looked at some screen recorders and ezvid looks like nice software, easy and simple. I am gonna try and find my mic or even buy one, when I do I will gladly post my session 9 tabling 10nl 6 max.

Edit: also looked quickly at the video you posted matt, one thing, at 13:45 bet more on the flop, around 3/4 instead of 1/4 as people are much more likely to fold to 3/4 size pot bet. I will look at it later all the way through and point out everything that i think could be improved upon.

Within 1st 5 mins of vid,

- iso fish a whole lot more with a wider range
- open the BTN wider also
- and get a HUD
- and start colour coding

I tile 4 tables on my old shitty laptop when i'm donking around at 2nl downstairs and the monitor cant be bigger than 15", the normal excuse for not tiling is that you cant see the HUD stats, which is fair, but you have no HUD :/ confused lol

Can't seem to get ezvid working correctly, everytime I do a little trial run and stop it I end up getting some stupid error. I'll do a bit of googling and see what is up.

If we are getting it all in on the river anyway, why not put everything in on the turn and get max value from all the draws he has?

As you say if we are behind it's gonna be tough to let go, so I thought ship it and if we are behind then so be it. It was an insta-call on the flop by him so I figured it for a draw.

I can record vids with QuickTime, anyone tried making a poker vid with that? It comes already on my Mac so ill use that if I can. Files seemed a bit huge when I tried before though so idk if that's a prob or whether YouTube upload automatically shrinks it.

Yeah I recorded one and sent it too a few people for my game to be looked over a while ago. It works fine and is simple to use.

I think I do open a shed load on button, not sure I did in the first 5 mins...but ok I'll have a look at that and isoing. I normally use a hud, but I explain in vid I didn't use it while recording cos it makes make laptop fan really noisy. I also haven't played much 5nl and there is a massive field so doubt it would give much info for a short vid. I did colour code at 2nl but yeah should start doing that for 5nl too.

Sorry yeah I know it probably horrid if you're not used to it. Think my screen is 12 or 13 inch... see comments above re: hud.

I didn't realise you can set the seat in one place I'll look into that, mnight make it easier.

I made mine on quicktime on macbook with built in mic. I thought you'd done some vids on youtube already?! theres a guy called micromachine on there anyway, but he's australian I think...

Has anyone watched "Gripsed" on youtube???? He is a great teacher in my opinion and speaks through his thought process really well. I think he has taught me a lot. If you havent seen any I recommend to take a look!
