I dont mind it recently! The crack of poker, and I found that there was so many spewy fish playing. Maybe just ran good but the normal games seemed nittier then zoom. a
And I racked up like 500 hand in hour

I find it fun, however it's harder to get reads with HEM so I don't bother, also I seem to do worse in zoom.

Months been pretty shitty, managed a little bit of an improvement near the end when I dropped down to 4 tables of 16nl and have brought my BR back up to the $750~ mark.

Next month I will be playing 5 tables of 25nl, played a session there tonight and got set over setted but would have done good otherwise, so will carry on grinding there again, not checking any sort of results for the first 2 weeks either, will be hard, but I'm just gonna fire up the tables and grind for 1hr-ish per night.

Also SCOOP reload bonus next month bitches, 20% up to $100, which clears at $1 per 20 vpp, looking like I could clear about $30 with my volume so will be a little boost.

So down about $100 this month after going 3/4 in 235 satellites and around $25 RB from iPoker in the first week or so of the month.

Roll on May!

My first 15 days was the usual 11BI downswing on 6k hands mixing 5nl/10nl (7bi down on 10nl and 4bi down on 5nl). Then i cut 10nl and also switch to FR trying to decrease variance and restock, which ended in next 15 days back up 10BI´s on 7k hands. Still not enough and first losing month this year.

Plan for next month is to stay on 5nl FR and see how that go.

Big downswing in middle of the month :bawling: but got back to break even in the end, and nearly got another $50 Stellar and enough FPP for another $25 cash bonus, which will mean I'm properly rolled for 10nl.

This month:

[ ] Move up at 10nl.
[ ] Don't be a dick and try and play 16nl or 25nl when not properly rolled
[ ] Make another video...did one last night of me 4 tabling 5nl, will post it soon. Making another vid on Sat.
[ ] Continue focusing on one aspect of my game at a time, still trying to improve my 3bet game. Got a ~9% 3b stat now.
[ ] Drink cider in the sun :)

GL to you all for this month.

Zoom is tougher than the equivalent stakes at regular tables.

What is the top bb/100 for NL10 over a large sample?

I doubt I'll be there past 50k/hands though....just grinding up a roll.

It sucks RB got taken away and there was a rake increase on Merge.

It takes so much motivation away....

Mostly NL10 on Merge btw...mix of FR and 6 max.

Nice going so far.

No idea about top WR @10nl, but guessing that anything above 2 digits over a large sample is very good. I will be happy with a 7bb/100+ on 10nl tbh.

Live hand!!

I am CO with QcQs, pretty much just sat down and everyone is unknown.

I raise to $9 and BB raises to $29, I call

Flop comes 7c 2c Jc, BB raises around $34 I call

Turn is Kc, BB checks. After this check I feel as though my second nut flush is probably good and raise a bit over half pot, BB then check raises me all in.

I looked at him and was pretty suprised with his raise, I wasnt expecting it...

Easy fold right? But I really struggled to lay it down.. Anyone else going to struggle with this lay down?

Check-shove the turn looks like the nuts every time, but frankly I probably check back the turn. You're not getting 2 streets of value, and the hand-values aren't going to change significantly on the river. You keep him more comfortable if he's got just the Tc for instance.

Tough fold, I folded mainly because of pot odds:

He looks like a decent player, therefore why would he shove trips or a lower flush on that river? I would assume he would be scared of the full house. It looks like he is going for value with his full house against flush/trips. Don't know why he didn't check-raise flop though with some draws out there.

PokerStars No-Limit Hold'em, $0.25 BB (5 handed) - PokerStars Converter Tool from http://www.flopturnriver.com

UTG ($25.78)
MP ($25)
Hero (Button) ($25.68)

..this is a call :/

decent players don't overbet shove the river vs someone who they'll view s compentent, assuming they're running a HUD etc etc.

so we assume he's a fish, even fish squeeze AK so thats A3s/A5s/33/55 vs all his other bullshit + we have the NUT flush that makes this a call.

I play a lot of zoom at the moment, i like it. Like Dunningkruger said, i think zoom is a bit tougher than normal, although if you play super micros then im pretty sure the player pools are 80% 1 tabling fish.

Don't think I can give enough credit for this player not over-valuing something or just plain spewing. I'm not fist-pumping but I'm not folding.
