someone give me some motivation to grind. If I have to look at one more fact pattern or case scenario involving somebody slipping in a factory and suing for liability i'm going to lose it

My gf just told me she wants to live in Mechanicsburg forever. So there is a very solid chance I will be in PA for a significant amount of time post college :D So get excited for that, obv.

Also, have you ever been to the Hollywood Casino at Penn National??

1. Is it a high spec?

2. How many tables does it manage with reasonable table sizes?

I have a laptop 6GB DDR3 memory / 640GB HDD

The graphics card is a piece of shit and crashes the computer when I try to watch live streams or use any type of flash based application/website.

But it runs 9+ SnGs / tables with no problem including hud.

Just setup a good layout and save/apply it so when you open up tables it automatically tiles/stacks however you want it too.

I suppose budget depends on how much I could sell the PC for. Reckon I'd get 850 easy with mouse/monitor and all that. Anyone know any good laptops for <£800?

I wouldn't know being from canada myself, but if you do a quick lookup on google there should be some good answers there.

Around here I could get a decent laptop for probably a minimum of like $400 (CAD) .

I'll probably want to do some casual gaming on it as well. Will be a downgrade from the desktop no matter what but I'd like to get as close performance wise while getting good "bang for buck".

Time to start researching.

I use a laptop, and I can 8 table + HM2 and record at the same time using Camtasia. It's nothing special. You'll be fine with a laptop imo.

Well good for you!

Doing some research and I'm struggling to find a good £500-800 one. Was looking at ASUS but their 17 inch screen models jump from £400 to £1K with nothing in between :(

Mine cost €600 about half a year ago. I wasn't trying to brag, just saying that a new laptop (even a cheapy) should be able to cope with multitabling etc.

I use an Asus (highly recommended imo), 17", i5, 4gb ram I think and Nvidia graphics card. I can multi table 8 tables of zoom and HEM easlily, used to be able to 24 table normal tables.

Think I paid about £750 for it couple of years ago like.

Yeah I just rebuilt my PC a couple months back. I've put about £1500 total into it now, thing is I don't game with it all too much anymore so it's pretty overkill. Laptop seems like a better option at the moment, I would build one myself but laptops are more obscure and uncommon so building one yourself is generally out of the question.
