Hi all, you know those consecutive days where no matter what cards you hold, 2 pairs, 3 ofva kind straight beaten by full houses and flushes. I hate those days and have recently experienced some, especially with cash games hurting my bankroll a bit. How do you guys manage those days or limit your losses. Especially when some hands feel unbeatable and players hide their true hands like pro players. Really difficult not to call and raise some hands after bad beats or long losing streaks

I believe the best way to get out of tilt is stop playing for a little time, you are probably just overthiking, stressed or tired.
God bless

As others have said, if bad beats and coolers are getting to you, then its best to take a step back from the game and come back with a clear head and fresh mind. It can also be a good idea to move down one limit, so that further loosing sessions perhaps bother you less.

I don't play that often, so I'm particularly sensitive to days like this. If I see that luck isn't on my side, I just try to play in freerolls and not risk my own money. There are days when it's better to limit your spending and save your nerves :)

Thanks, I think this might be what I'll do going forward. Maybe I'll find some alternative platforms and built a freeroll bankroll without any risk to capital and use it to vent and playing hands that I really want to but shouldn't with my actual bankroll. 🤔👍

Yes exactly those days, have like a k and some freakishly lucky player with 2 3 off suite bluffs and board falls A, A, 5, 4 Enough to break the best players. Once or twice is fine but days where you sit through hours of hands like this can seriously put some emotional strain on a person. I try to limp in on those days and play extremely tight. Limits winning potential but also losses. Taking a breather also a great Idea, I should work on disciplining myself, maybe do some workouts to get myself back into the correct emotional state. Thanks for advice 👍👍👍

I did everything in the morning, sat down to play, lost $70, realized I was wearing a tilt... I really wanted there to be a lottery, so much at once! )))) Then my dog came and said it was time to take a walk... I got dressed, went for a walk for half an hour... I came home and went to topic https://www.casino.us/cardschat/co...eans-conference-trip-plus-mardi-559618/page-3...
I watched Mary Nelson Andrews's wonderful funeral parade, who performed a wonderful song by my beloved Mahalia Jackson... then I Googled Mary Nelson... found, but only actresses... And got it!!! Tilt is gone!!! On the contrary, energy and perseverance have woken up!!! I went to PokerOK (at first I thought I wouldn't play today so as not to lose again!!!) I started with $21 and went up...) in the end, I caught an aggressive opponent raising...

And now I'm chatting, reading, writing, remembering mistakes)
Something like this is how you need to escape from tilt)

With all these bad beats online it's easy to go on tilt . What saves me is my strict rules . After a crazy hand or loss I am ready to call it a day , stop playing , instantly . Going after losses is the recipe to lose it all
