there is a tab in the pokerstars software that you can view tournament replays. it's a great way to learn how professionals play​

It is better to find a person who hits your limit, and ask him to train you.

I agree with you if we were living in an ideal world, but in reality, these people cost a lot of $$$

That's what I liked in InstaPoker and PokerFighter, if you make a bad move you lose points / life, so you can't just bluff because its not a real game.
