I usually only play for real money if there are no tournaments available. And I stop playing when I have tripled my initial investment.

Or, if tournaments appear, I withdraw with zero chips or with my initial bet from the real money game.

That's a hard question. I usually don't play cash because of that. Unless you play high stakes, a few cents up won't be enough, so you might end by losing it all
