The program probably doesn't know, but those that analyse the software do. I wouldn't be surprised if the software flags people with gambling issues, and I also wouldn't be surprised if casino's targeted those people flagged with gambling issues.

no chance that he will win this case, its his mistake and may be this is a lesson for the rest of his life

I firmly stand by my opinion: in certain cases, winning a lawsuit against a casino can be used as an indirect method of avoiding payments or even as a form of money laundering. Why? Because the money obtained through a court ruling is not taxed in the same way as a casino’s profit. Especially when the awarded amount is much higher than the loss being claimed, a clear fiscal imbalance arises.
It’s a psychological and legal mechanism that can be exploited:
Emotionally, to justify recovering the loss.
Legally, to obtain funds with favorable tax treatment.
Strategically, to avoid profit taxes or other obligations.
