You can essentially only attract attention by contacting customer support. If your requests are ignored, unfortunately there is nothing you can do about it. You chose the site yourself, made the deposit yourself, and should have understood the risks involved.

I think you don't have many options in such cases. The only thing you can do is write to support every few days and hope that in a few weeks or months they will finally respond. But it is obvious that in most cases you will not get your money back.
