Hello
I take part in the party poker (casino) spin a win daily promotion. Everyday you spin a wheel that awards you some free spins or nothing at all! If you visit 5 times in a week they give you 15 free spins on “feed the fish” and if you visit 20 times a month they give 50 free spins on “big bass”.
My problem has happened that I did not get my 15 free spins this week and last.
Please see the screen pictures of the email replies.. anyone else every have this issue or issues with there customer service over multiple false statements? I don’t think I’ve ever seen such incompetence..
First picture (and reply) “following a full investigation covering both this week and last week, we can confirm all promotions associated with this promotion have been correctly credited to your account, including the 15 spins on “feed the fish”.

Upping further review of the situation we’ve noticed that you haven’t claimed the spin on the 25th of march ending your 5 day streak hence why you haven’t received the spins.. (this was after I again told them I had not got the spins)
3rd picture is the actual promo with me having got 5 check marks for the 5 days in a row not missing any and getting the 5 days.
4th picture is the weekly promo saying you just need to get 5 in a week not 5 in a row.
How can a customer service be so incompetent?
