Does this mean all entries are obsolete and need to be resubmitted?Tammy said:Terms & Conditions
- Only games played and submitted during the promotional period of Dec 17th 2025-Jan 16th 2026 will count.
No - it's just been extended. But thank you - I will edit that.x patrice x said:Does this mean all entries are obsolete and need to be resubmitted?
Hi @Gonmar111 ! You entry needs to show a win that is at least 15x your bet. It looks like in this shot, you won $16,740, with a bet of $2,400. That's only just under 7x win.Gonmar111 said:
Thank you! real money play does help from the standpoint of potentially getting more of these promos.puzzlefish said:Awesome promotion. Hopefully there will be more like this. Too bad only two of us played the paid version of it. (I did it for all of you at CardsChat ❤️)

I think the prizes come from stake.comnajisami said:Unfortunately, casino.us is not available everywhere. I tried to join but couldn't.
Do you think they are working on that, Tammy?
You're right, I don't know why I was thinking casino.us. But what I said goes for both anyway.Tero said:I think the prizes come from stake.comat least that was the place to play the real money games.
The casino.us part of the site is targeted specifically for US regulated areas. So they wouldn't show sites for other countries. However, a lot of sites also allow international play. It's all up to the geos, I guess. But as a for instance, California is blocked on Stake, so I was not able to play this.najisami said:Unfortunately, casino.us is not available everywhere. This was actually put on by the game developer, Pragmatic Play. You'll notice them (if you play on other online casinos), that they have games at many sites.Tero said:I think the prizes come from stake.comat least that was the place to play the real money games.

For this particular promo the answer seems no-brainer. Vast amount of members were excluded by the country restrictions, playing with real money would have meant using crypto, and stake.com is licensed more poorly than major sites (at least from my perspective).Debi said:...but will get feedback from members to see how we can get more participates first.

And that is the latter part of my reply. When games have to be played on sites that do not have EU/Malta license that means tax issues for us who have come accustomed to tax free play. Add the forced use of crypto to that (like in this case) means more hassle and tax. $100 to jump through those hoops is not worth it. Since casino.us and all the sites they promote are mostly US facing, I see very little options (if any) for participation. On the other hand, if these real money games would have been played e.g. in the casino side of Pokerstars that would have been a different story.Debi said:so the feedback I receive should not be related to that. I need to know what we can do differently to get more ELIGIBLE members involved.
